We are having a great time in
our Preschool Class! We are learning about manners, following directions,
the calendar, writing our name, colors, shapes and abc's. The list just goes on and on.
We are taking good care of your child in preschool and we will work closely with your child to make sure he/she is off to a
good start.
Arrival and Departure
(We will always meet in the cafeteria first)
Morning Group
7:20 a.m.- Arrival and to eat breakfast
8:00 a.m.- If not eating breakfast
10:45 a.m.- Bus riders and pickups
Afternoon Group
10:45 a.m. - Arrival and to eat lunch
11:00 a.m. - If not eating lunch
1:35 p.m. - Bus riders and pickups
Bus riding procedures:
For children riding the bus the parent is responsible for having their child ready and waiting for the bus. Someone is to be waiting at home for the bus in the afternoon to take the child from the bus. If no one is at home the child will be brought back to school and the parent is responsible for picking up the child. The bus leaves from school at 7:00 a.m. for the morning group and 10:00 a.m. for the afternoon group to pick up the students. The bus leaves at 10:45 a.m. to take the morning group home and at 1:35 p.m. to take the afternoon group home. Pickup and delivery time will vary for the first few days, so please be patient with us until the time is established. There will be an assistant on the bus at all times to monitor the children. The assistant will help your child get on and off the bus. Please contact the bus driver to let him know if your child will not be riding the bus on certain days! This will help with unnecessary trips. Our bus drivers are Vic Rexroat 866-2597, Freddie Roy 866-3630, Barney Flanagan 866-7423, and Harold Brewer 343-2651.
