We had an awesome time on our field trip around town to meet some of our wonderful community workers! We really learned a lot and are so grateful for our workers for taking time out of their busy schedules to talk to us. We enjoyed some delicious cookies from our local bakery, Expressions From the Heart, loved the fire hats given to us by the Russell Springs Fire Department, as well as the neat police stickers given to us by the Russell Springs Police Department, and the cute book markers given to us by the Russell Springs Library. We ended our visits at the City Park for a picnic lunch and an afternoon of play. Again, a big thank you to all of our community workers! They too, enjoyed meeting some of our "future community workers!" (See photos below!)

We also got to "dress up" as a community worker that we would like to be when we grow up!!! That was fun!!! (See photos below!)

We are still working on our alphabet letters and their sounds. We are up to letter Nn. Please keep practicing these!!!

We are still working on numbers 1-10 and number words!!! We have begun working in our math books which the kids love! Extra practice on these would be great also!!!

Coke sales are due October 10th! Fall Break will be Oct. 12-14!
